Seriously, this week was beyond bad. It was incomprehensible. No, seriously, it was so darn horrendous that I was almost near breaking point.

So I'll just start with a day by day blow of my hellish week, which had about 6 tests?

Now, now, I can just hear some of you just cursing at me and saying it's nothing. Well then, let me congratulate you on having able to cope with Time. I never was good with my time management so hey, you can't blame me. I'm trying my darnest to improve. And please, don't say silly stuff like 'nothing compared to JC' etc. Goodness, I don't even want to hear about it! I know JC's tough but come on, you can't compare an apple with an orange right? (Well, technically, you can since both are fruits but I digress)

God, I pray the coming few weeks aren't as tough.

Mon: Was supposed to have chem test on carbo and lipids so I mugged like crazy. Only to be informed that the test was postponed because she forgot to mention about it. Can I just scream? Goodness, woman, when you PUT a schedule for test, please do remember about it, could you? Because of chem, I had forsaken PAM and TXP.

Tue: Mugged once again for the test, only to have my memory work completely wiped out for the major parts of the paper which was on fertilization. Damn it. I've calculated and lost some 13 marks. I don't even want to think how it's going to affect my GPA. Sure, call me a damn academically obsessed buffoon but it's one of the few things I can actually improve on. So shut it.

Wed: Had no classes but Loy wanted to do ITA. So I came early only to find no one in school, well, figuratively speaking. I just clean forgot some of them had S&W and CATS (bless 'em) so I waited and waited. Until finally, Loy and Him (PC. Ok, I'm just giggling- inside joke. Let me take a deep breath. Okay.) came around 9ish? Managed to fiddle around and solved one of my ITA problems involving a unresponsive form.

side note: Of course, me, being the technologically challenged idiot that I am, I forgot how to do that now.

Then headed to HMV after lunch. Was looking for the Notebook; my hopes were seriously dashed. Not only were there NO such VCD, there WASN'T even C.R.A.Z.Y. Or Rent for that matter. Frigid, stinkin, liwjhgklem. Blah. But you know what they say...behind every cloud there lies a silver lining. I FINALLY found Neverwinter Nights. and it was on offer. Of course, I had little money to grab it. I pray I can do so this coming week.

Thurs: Oh god, oh god. TXP can really damage brain cells. I mugged (well, tried to; being strangely worn out) and in the end, I had to give up. Little information was retained in my head. I'm SO thankful it's MCQ thus I could play flip the coin and innie-minnie-minee-mo for those that I had absolutely no idea. Like what Loy said, 'It's either you know it or you don't'. Headed to the Prata Shop at Thomson for brunch with Joe and Hanif (who both had wanted to eat at Al-Ameen) It was a rather cheap meal - the cheapest I've had in a long while; $2.10. Paper prata, plain prata and Kopi-O. And then went to Macritchie for the practical. It was rather relaxing; especially the magnificent view.

However, the rest of my week went rather downhill after I got a call that my grandfather got into an accident. Whether it was a culmination of stress, pressure, tumulous emotions etc, shock, fear or something entirely different, I was deeply agitated with everything - couldn't really think straight. I was thankful when they said he was discharged from TTSH the next day.

Fri: iI so don't want to relive it but I have to. DGA and ITA test were a pain, well a lesser pain than TXP and PAM but pain nonetheless. Rushed home to freshen up before I decided to visit my grandfather and go for the first alumni meeting of the year. When I arrived, everyone was mulling around - my grandfather got admitted to SGH this time after he vomitted repeatedly. So all of us grandchildren who were there hitched a ride to the hospital to see him. Of course, I had to cancel meeting the Alumni (and I also know now NOT to message Vernon- contact Sujin or Yuewen directly!)

I didn't expect it to be so bad; I know it's sounds really incredulous since my cousin had sent me some disturbing smses the previous day ('His helmet is really bloody. I have pictures if anyone want them' to 'Granpa jaw and wrist deformed!') but it was REALLY heart wrenching to see him. I wanted him to be less heavily injured; he didn't deserve to suffer any more. Sometimes Life is unfair but that's how it works. I wanted to bash the lorry driver who did it to him but I am a mere citizen of this rather crazy world; I have no jurisdictional powers or anything.

Shall continue with Sat later. Too tired!
