Oh gawd. What is it with me and sappiness?! Just finished watching A Moment to Remember (which will def. go into my list of fav movies) and cried buckets and buckets of tears. I think I used up one box of Kleenex. Not very sure. I guess I also shed those tears for it was a tad too close to home. Won't elaborate on it further.

Anyways, the exams are FINALLY over. So after all that freaking out episodes (a very bad one occured prior to Chem paper), mugging etc, now it's time to kick back and worry about GPAs!

I'll cont with my blog entry from where I left off. So that week, I also went to Jerome's leadership recognition award ceremony or something along those lines. It was nice in that I managed to stand some 2 odd hours of Mandarin. lol. And I understood what they said. :P
Anyways, had dinner with Jerome's mum and sis with Loy. It was very nice of her to treat the both of us to dinner at Macs.

Now brace yourself for rather incoherrent, disjointed bits of my life.

Skipped two or three weeks of madrasah and I don't think I missed much. I very much prefer not to do very well for it because I'm just lazy to get up on stage. Of course, I skipped for VERY good reasons - DGA and ITA (good riddance I must say) projects. I swear this sem consisted of projects and last minute cramming for papers. Papers, tests, toilet paper, what's the diff? They're all about the same anyways.

Did the presentation for DGA and screwed it up for the group IMHO, then rushed to meet the ITA deadline (which I did by 2 minutes odd). God. I NEVER want to touch Dreamweaver for one month but I have to. My responsibility to update the PSG webbie.

Then there was the whole issue of my grandpa getting into an accident and the whole shuffling of hospitals and what nots. I'm just thankful that he's still with us (though he's now out of work for 3, 4 mths under the doc's orders). I pray for a speedy recovery though. I guess my brick is here. (Using Oprah's grain of sand, pebble, rock, brick, brick wall analogy concerning Life lessons)

Now where we we? Oh yes. Time to bitch about the papers. PAM (plant porn essentially) was a tough nut to crack but TXP(taxonomy & plant identification) oh gawd. FUCK will be very apt. Enough said.

I guess it was a combi of feeling ill-prepared for the chem paper, having a last min presentation and a whole host of other things that made me go a tad overboard earlier. Heh. I apologise to those present if I freaked out anyone. I knew it was bound to happen but I didn't expect it to be so early. I'm a panicky person and I acknowledge that!

Concerning the last min presentation, I received an email from Ms Tek informing me that my hortpark design was selected only on MON evening. Coupled with the fact on that V-day, we had TXP (yes, Dr Koh, my lecturer loves my class THAT much), we were pretty much left with little time to prepare anything. Heck, the whole thing was literally last minute - did it in school on the day of the presentation to NParks itself. Best bit was when this lecturer (whose name just eludes me to this day) expressed his shock that he didn't know we had exams this week, let alone a paper. Also, they didn't know that we weren't told to prepare for a presentation in mind.
I'm just glad that I didn't become bullet train man...person. <<< in the name of politically correct usage

Bullet train person: Words literally fly out in such a rush that you have to slow mo the whole thing by a gazillion time before you understand a word from (insert pronoun).

So now I'm free. I can FINALLY concentrate on my writings (esp CEWC), watch Heroes, Ugly Betty, Gray's Anatomy etc, watch my sappy K & J dramas and movies (and of course, crying ugly), stalk JaeHo...I meant erm...forget it.

I'll just enjoy my two months before the cycle starts all over again. Sigh. Life is so perfect...NOT!

I'll post a picture of Gina and Dave tmr! :) Gina's an Anthurium sp. (Loy gave her to me) and Dave is my hardy cacti! Ueber cute I tell you!
